1st Annual Skibob Fun Race
Purgatory Resort
March 26, 2023

We are proud to have hosted our first annual race at Purgatory Resort's Nastar course on March 26, 2023, featuring adaptive, men's, women's, and senior divisions. It was a cold and cloudy day, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! We are thankful for our volunteers, friends, and all the participants, especially some of our first-time racers.

Racers came from as far as California and Colorado's Western Slope to join in our inaugural event. In the Adaptive Division, Drew Slootmaker took the win in his first-ever skibob race. Marek Sluka won the competitive Men's division, with Fynn Funke and Kristopher Klockenteger in 2nd and 3rd place. Kellus Sewell won the Senior Division and Anne Fields took home the gold for the women.

We look forward to continuing to provide a fun, friendly and inclusive environment for people to come together and enjoy this amazing sport. Scroll through the photo gallery of the race here!
